5. Course Enrollment and Payment
5.1 Course Registration
Course enrollment is subject to availability and our acceptance of your application. We reserve the right to refuse enrollment at our discretion.
5.2 Payment Terms
- Full payment is required at the time of enrollment unless otherwise specified
- All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable
- Payment can be made via approved payment methods on our website
- Corporate clients may be invoiced with approved payment terms
5.3 Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Cancellations made 14 days or more before the course start date: Full refund minus 10% administration fee
- Cancellations made 7-13 days before the course start date: 50% refund
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before the course start date: No refund
- We reserve the right to cancel courses due to insufficient enrollment with full refund
- Refunds will be processed within 14 business days
6. Course Attendance and Conduct
6.1 Attendance Requirements
- Regular attendance is required for course completion
- Missed sessions may not be made up without prior arrangement
- Certificates are awarded based on satisfactory completion and attendance
6.2 Code of Conduct
All participants must:
- Treat instructors and fellow participants with respect
- Arrive punctually and prepared for sessions
- Maintain confidentiality of other participants' information
- Follow all safety guidelines and venue rules
- Refrain from disruptive or inappropriate behavior
- Respect intellectual property rights
7. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and intellectual property provided by BighetUmul, including but not limited to:
- Course materials and curricula
- Training methodologies and techniques
- Website content and design
- Trademarks and brand elements
- Proprietary assessment tools
remain the exclusive property of BighetUmul Pty Ltd and are protected by Australian and international copyright laws.
7.2 User License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our materials solely for personal learning purposes. You may not:
- Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display our materials
- Create derivative works based on our content
- Use our materials for commercial purposes
- Reverse engineer our proprietary methods
